The JEOL-400 is a 400 MHz NMR spectrometer that is used for solution-state applications. It is equipped with a JEOL ECZL400S console and a 5 mm HFX probe. The spectrometer runs on full-automation using a 64 capacity autosampler and provides a high-throughput screening capability for all routine and crude NMR samples. This instrument is accessible by new users upon completing the basic access training.
