The NEO-400 is our flagship instrument for routine materials analysis. It is capable of solid-state and diffusion NMR, and micro-imaging applications.
The NEO-400 is equipped with a Bruker Avance IV NEO console and a variety of probes: two solid state NMR probes (3.2 mm and 1.3 mm with MAS capabilities at 24 KHz and 67 KHz, respectively), a diffusion probe (17 T/m max. gradient strength, capable of measuring diffusion rates down to 10-13 to 10-14 m2/s), and a micro-imaging probe for MRI of materials using 1H, 19F and 7Li. The micro-imaging probe is equipped with triple axis gradients that can be used anisotropic diffusion measurements of solutions as well.
